Patients are accepted into the Hospice Complete Program without regard to age, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, or national origin.

Hospice Complete – Admission Criteria

• Patient estimated life expectancy is statistically six months or less if illness runs its normal course. However, patients that live longer than 6 months can be eligible to receive hospice care if the physician recertifies that the diagnosis is terminal.
• Patients and their families must agree to receive palliative care versus curative therapy.
• Patient is under the care of a primary physician.
